This is a mixed piece, I started with gesso on a 300lb sheet of arches ( covered over an old painting) then I did a charcoal spill to add texture and painted mostly with acrylic on top.  I need to go back and make some corrections and add more layers because this is promised to Jake and his lovely wife.  This is the Dayton church where they were married this view is the view from across the river in Ramsey.
